Random reboots

For some reason I've started to experience what I call random reboots.

Sometimes it can happen with IE6 open, other times if I launch outlookxp it
reboots.

any ideas?
 
Rt Click My Computer, Properties, Advanced tab, Start up and
Recovery-settings, under system failure-uncheck automatically restart,
OK...When system crashes, it will display a BSOD with error message. Repost
with that error message as it appears...also check event viewer for errors.
