random messages

I have FrontPage 2003 and would like to display random
messages so when a visitor returns they'll see a
paragraph on the page that is always changing at random
and not seeing the same thing when they return. I only
need a paragraph or so to change. Is there anything like
that in FrontPage?

Can be done with JavaScript or Server-Side Script and a database.
