Random memory errors - need RAM tester

I've got a PC that is running XP Pro, belongs to a customer of mine. It's
got 256 Ram and 2.6 Gig Pentium 4 - basically runs good.

Once a day though he gets an error that tells him his memory has caused and
error and then any key causes it to reboot, which it does fine. He hasn't
written down the error code so I can't be more specific...sorry.

I ran a memory tester that I got from Microsoft's website, and found no
problems. It ran 24 hours and about 450 Iterations reporting no errors.
I've scanned the hard drive with XP and found no problems.

Who can direct me to another more comprehensive memory checker?
Suggestions?

Thanks. I actually tried that one but it won't boot off the BIN file on the
floppy.
