Random Formatting Pop Up in my Word Doc

Hi everyone,
For some reason I am getting these random formatting pop up's in my Word
docs. They look a little like a thought bubble, but red or blue, and they
say things like Formatting: Automatic Bullets or Delete paragraph, stuff like
that. How do I turn these pop up's off because they print on my docs. as
well! Please help!

It sounds like you have Track Changes turned on. The "pop ups" are
what Word calls "balloons".
