But stil as & when I do the dsk clean up ... I get the following folder wth
the folowng subfolders by default.

C:\WINDOWS\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5
folders are : 05m34din , 06rktez , k0q3r2ne,Ypa36tuf & index.dat file.

I delete them and again after some time I get it with some unwanted files.

2) The normal files sored in my computer also opens very slwly.. it takes
lot of time to open, down load any file.

Is there the possibility of some virus....? If yes hw d I get rid ?

These are perfectly normal and you should not need to delete them manually.
They are your MSIE Temporary Internet Files.

Although this newsgroup is not dedicated to support Windows systems, I can
advice you to:

1) uninstall or prevent from running all the unnecessary applications
2) clean the windows\temp folder
3) perform the disk defragmentation
4) protect your computer with firewall (for example free Zone Alarm from
http://www.zonelabs.com), antivirus (for example free for home users Antivir
Personal Edidion from http://www.free-av.com), and some other usefull
applications:

Spybot Search&Destroy http://www.spybot.info/en/index.html
HijackThis http://www.tomcoyote.org/hjt/
CWShredder http://www.majorgeeks.com/download3019.html
Ad-Aware SE Personal http://www.lavasoft.com/software/adaware/
McAfee Stinger http://vil.nai.com/vil/stinger/

As far as I know Norton Antivirus consumes a lot of resources (CPU, memory)
so this may be the reason, why opening files takes a lot of time. Give a try
to other software - if it will not suit you, return back to Norton.
