RAM????

Hello

I've heard from a couple of people that Windows XP (home and/or Pro) will not see a gig + of memory if it is installed on your computer. I am in the process of builing a computer and have purchased 2 x 512 Corsair XMS PC3200 sticks. Is this really true? If so, what can I do to remedy this problem?

Windows XP will support up to 4GB of RAM.
How much RAM will your motherboard support?
Windows 98/ME has problems with RAM exceeding 512MB.
This is not the case with Windows XP.

Not true. Windows XP can use up to 4GB of RAM>

You've been misinformed. The correct maximum is 4GB.
