667 memory? And can I mix them or not.

The through-put. I guess you could, the systme would operate at the
slower rate.

PC 5300 is a misprint somewhere. There is only PC 5400.

Wikipedia has this to say about 5300 vs. 5400:

| Some manufacturers label their DDR2-667 sticks as PC2-5400

If they both cost the same (within a few dollars), get the one that matches
what you already have.

There is no difference. 667 Mhz memory has a rated throughput of 5333 MB/sec. It depends on whether you round it up or down.
