I think my simplified question is can I use *168-PIN (16x72) chip
although a recommeded one is 16Meg x 64 ?

I'm looking for a 128 upgrade for:

Description: Deskpro 4000 DT 5200X Part# 270640-004 |
DP4D5200X/2400 US

**************

The Crucial (Part Number: CT231747 128MB) spec for suggested module
looks like this:

Upgrade for the Compaq Deskpro 4000 5233MMX.
Crucial Part Number: CT134656

128MB SDRAM, 66MHz • CL=2 • Unbuffered • Non-parity • 10ns • 3.3V •
16Meg x 64

One I'd like to buy "used" looks like this:

ed 128MB PC133 Non-ECC SDRAM MEMORY (Japaness Hitachi
Chipset#:HM5264805FTT-75).

Specifications:
*168-PIN (16x72)
*PC133/PC100
*128MB
*CL2
*7.5ns (Not those cheap 8ns)
*3.3v
*Gold Contacts

Can I use this in my machine?
