Raising Emails

Hi

I know I'm going to feel a bit of a plum after asking this, but:

All I want to do is, when a button is clicked, raise an email from
Outlook, populate the To and Subject fields, and leave the body free
to be completed before sending.

I'm probably being stupid, I know, but have trawled through threads
advising how to autoemail a copy of the workbook, etc, and haven't
seen either a clear answer or code I can play with to get the result.

Please can someone let me know how to do it?
