RAID Motherboard Suggestions

I am looking for AMD based motherboard suggestions with:

RAID, prefer IDE/PATA, SATA OK, RAID 0, 0+1 preferred
AMD CPU Based only
Built in VGA with AGP slot
Built in audio nothing fancy will NOT be used for games or video/home theater
Built in 10/100 LAN

I will consider boards with out the LAN/Video/Audio but would prefer to have one
board.

For what it's worth.

That is pretty much a given, at least for Athlon XP Socket A
mainboards, probably for most of the others.

As far as I know, the decent built-in audio uses a hardware chip as
opposed to a CODEC. Sometimes you have to decipher/translate what
they are saying in order to tell the difference.
