Raid and disk cloning software

Do any of the disk cloning packages Ghost, Tru Image, etc have problems with
raid systems? (Raid 1)

Thanks

That depends on what system you have and what exact operations you want to
perform.

Normally *hardware* RAID is not a problem, as the array is presented as one
disk to the imaging software.

Yeah, but is it hardware RAID or did you go for the Dynamic disk trap?

Yes, so then you should be fine. Hardware RAID (whatever level) controllers
usually present the array to the imaging software as on disk. So it's
basically as if you're imaging partitions from a normal disk.

Something similar in concept to WinModem? It works in Windows, but not in
DOS.
Do you know any such a Windows only Raid?
That trend is expanding: windows only modem, windows only printer, windows
only external ethernet disk storage, windows only NIC, etc...
Soon we will have windows only processor, hard drive, monitor, TV, car....

I use Drive Image 7, WXPPro, 3 HDD's in a RAID 0 on a promise
fasttrak.
Backs up and restores AOK.
