Rage Fury Pro/Xpert 2000 pro problems with XP

The pc I have got
Rage Fury Pro/Xpert 2000 pro video hardware.
I ve got problems when I see pics when I see pdf, and video is also not
perfect when it display SO info.

I tried many drivers:
Rage Fury/Xpert 200 Pro (micorsoft Corporation) 6.13.10.5019
RAGE 128 PRO Ultra GL AGP (micorosoft corporation) 6.13.10.5019
Rage Fury Pro/Xpert 2000 Pro 6.13
Xpert 2000 Pro 6.13

and I tried 2 video but i did not impove my results
My operative system is Windows XP with SP2
