Radio Buttons won't fill in on custom form

Hello,

I have a user that is using a custom form. There are about 4 or 5 sets
of Radio button selections on the form. 3 of them have code that runs
when they're changed, using the Item_CustomPropertyChange function.
They are used to make a frame of fields appear and disappear using the
Visible property.

When she tries to use the form, the 3 with the code behind them won't
fill in and allow her to select one. The rest of them will though.

This is only happening to her, and she has OfficeXP running an XP Pro
machine.

Below is the code for the 3 radio button changes:

Sub Item_CustomPropertyChange(ByVal FieldName)
ItemChanged = True
Select Case FieldName
Case "SendTo"
If Item.UserProperties.Find("SendTo").Value = 0 Then
Item.To = "MP Design Requests"
Else
Item.To = "NY Design Requests"
End If

Case "CustStatus"
Set myPage = Item.GetInspector.ModifiedFormPages("Design
Information")
Set myNewCust = myPage.Controls("fraPotential")
If Item.UserProperties.Find("CustStatus").Value = 1 Then
myNewCust.Visible = True
Else
myNewCust.Visible = False
End If

Case "BookInc"
Set myPage = Item.GetInspector.ModifiedFormPages("Design
Information")
Set myBookInfo = myPage.Controls("fraBookInfo")
If Item.UserProperties.Find("BookInc").Value = 0 Then
myBookInfo.Visible = True
Else
myBookInfo.Visible = False
End If
End Select
End Sub

Any help here would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance,
Matt
