Radeon 9600 Graphic Card

I bought the Sapphire Radeon 9600 graphic card a while
ago and I can't get it to work constantly. Once it's
installed the computer runs fine no matter how many times
you reset it when installing software. However once it is
shut down for a while the System boots up with VgaSave
driver in the place of the Radeon and runs at 800x600
with colours down to 4 bit. In the device manager the
Radeon says that it can't find enough free resources to
run.

I've installed the latest drivers for everything, that
didn't work.

Can anyone help????
