Radeon 8500 TV out gives moving white horizontal bar on tv screen?

I use the s-video to rca adaptor(came with the card) and run a 10ft
rca video cable to the tv. this gives white horizontal bars on the
tv. anyone getting this?

Hello Pete,

I have the same problem with a 9800Pro. I switched from a 9700Pro -
with that one I did not have any problem. BTW this is the 2nd 9800
card with the same problem. The TV, cable, etc. is the same as was
with 9700Pro. I am helpless. Any help appreciated.
