RA host name cannot be resolved

She has sp1, i have sp2. we're both behind routers. If I'm the novice we can
connect. if she's the novice we can't. Ra worked fine until 2months ago. we
both have port 3389 open. we've tried both msn and windows messenger. I've
read everything I can find on this. it's driving me crazy. She's the real
novice btw. ALL of my settings are correct with the windows firewall.. my
router...UPnP enabled etc
