R2 does not like my Key?

We received Win2003 R2 via SA and when I try to upgrade my 2003 SP1 it says
it does not like my Product key. I'm using the Same Key as the one for my
Win2003 Servers.

Scott, you will need to contact Microsoft to receive a new product code (if
you haven't already) for R2. I had the exact same problem with our SA
account. It took 2 calls before I found a customer service rep. to provide
the correct key. After receiving the key, everything worked perfectly.
