Quota problems in Outlook 2002 since 3/17 automatic office update

Most messages are bounced back due to quota issues. I have moved messages
from mailbox. Total size currently 3950KB.
 
What mail account type are you using? If POP3 the Outlook mailbox size
doesn't matter. You'll have to check what is kept on the server. Use the
webbased mail client provided by your ISP to check what is kept there.
