Quorum drive will not fail over

We are running a 2 node cluster with Win2k Advanced server. I can freely
failover my shared drives without any issues yet when I try to move the Q:
(quorum) over from node A to node B the resources go offline for a few
seconds then come back online on node A. This use to work freely and we have
not had any issues on the cluster that I can point to. Any ideas? I do not
think it's hardware related as I have not had any issues (errors) with any of
my drives and the cluster otherwise operates without any problems.

Thank You

It's likely a hardware issue or a corrupt quorum drive. You might want to
try changing the quorum disk designation to a different physical drive in
your cluster and see if this will fail over properly. If it does, then you
can inspect your old quorum disk for errors. You can read more about
changing the quorum disk designation here:

Hi PHCS,

This issue you're experiencing could very well be SCSI or HBA driver
mix-mated between nodes or possibly a multi-path I/O software configuration
that may need adjustment. When the problem occurs, does it generate an
event in the System Event Log? If it does, have you tried matching it up to
the same date/time in the Cluster Log?
