Quick Launch Toolbar

When I start-up or re-boot, my QUICK LAUNCH toolbar is
missing (problem started a few days ago). I right click
on my desktop and the Quick Launch box is unchecked. I
check it APPLY. Then I have to re-arrange my toolbar.
Next time I start-up or re-boot, same problem, box
unchecked. How do I fix this? I miss the Q.L. toolbar.
