Quick Launch Toolbar

When i start or reboot windows XP Home Edition the Quick Launch toolbar
fails to load on the taskbar. Everytime I have to right click on the taskbar
and then click on Quick Launch to get it to work

Ok...this is what I found...and it worked. (this was my problem as well)
To Stop Windows Explorer from opening My Documents

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon. In the right pane under Userinit, Change the key that reads: C:\Windows\System32\Userinit.exe,C:\Windows\System32\Userinit.exe To: C:\Windows\System32\Userinit.exe,

When I was in the registry start - run - regedit I hilited "my computer" then used the edit button..went to "find"..typed in Dlder and the key came up along with a couple others I had to get rid of "Ncase" and PSW.Biss.exe
I noticed that these were in the "search assistant" folder that is part of the MSN Toolbar. I used add / remove programs..uninstalled the MSN Toolbar...rebooted

And My documents no longer opens and my "quick launch is back"

I have the same problem, and Riot's advice, aside from mostly not being
understandable, apparently does not apply to me. I have no problem
with WE openinging My Documents. I did find the registry path to the
key that he mentioned, but not the key itself. Further searches for
winlogin and quicklaunch found lots of registry enterys, but nothing
that appears strange or suspect. I have been checking Google for this
problem for a while, and this thread is the closest hit I have found
for my (our) problem. Any other guru have any insigts into this
problem?
