Here's the scenario:

Working in lock-down corporate environment. The quicklaunch has been setup in image to display 10 icons b4 the >> arrow is displayed.

I have a user that turned off the quick launch toolbar then later on re-enabled the quick launch toolbar. Now the quick launch toolbar will only display 3 icons then >>arrow is displayed.

The registry is locked out. GPOs are in place. Desktop is for the most part locked down. Is there a way to display the number of icons displayed? Let's say I could open registry for CU...is there a setting that I can change for CU?

I know I could fix this by disabling things but I am trying to minimize impact of fixing 1 user who screwed this up trying to circumvent the locked down environment.

Thanks!

computers are made to be personalized.
Why dont you lock the keyboard in chains, and nail the mouse on the desk?

Thanks Kenny for your informative position on life. Where do you work as I would love to come work with you? You seem so nice and helpful that I could really use a job that I have nothing better to do than make lame posts.

Thanks.
