Quick Launch icon order

I can't get my Quick Launch toolbar to keep the order of
icons that I want. Everytime it sets them up in some
apparently random order; it's not alphabetical, order of
date created/modified, or any other logical order that I
can see. I have tried deleting all of the icons,
recreating the shortcuts one by one and placing them in
the Quick Launch toolbar in the order I want them. When
I reboot, they'll be back in that same random order every
time.

Actually, it looks like my previous problem, right below
this one, fixed this issue, too. If I continue to have
problems, though, I'll give this one a try. Thanks!

For my Quick Launch bar, I add a 2-digit # in the name of the program. Such as:
01 Launch Internet Explorer Browser
02 Identity One Mail
03 Riches Mail
04 Show Desktop
05 Anti-Virus Program
