Quick Launch Error

While setting up a home wireless network. I have lost my
quick launch toolbar on the Windows 2000 computer. I tried
to add the toolbar and received an error "Can not Create
Toolbar".

Any ideas?
 
Did you try rebooting the system? If so with no luck make
sure you have this folder: C:\Documents and
Settings\rtorres\Application Data\Microsoft\Internet
Explorer\Quick Launch
Quick Launch being the folder you must have. If it is not
there then create it " Quick Launch " without quotes.
