Quick Launch Desktop Icon Missing

Hi Everyone,

I've lost my "Show Desktop" Icon from the Quick Launch
area of my Taskbar. How do I get it back? I'm using
Windows XP Home.

Restore "Show Desktop" from Rick Rogers:

Copy/paste the below into notepad, then click file/"save as" and call it
"show desktop.scf" and drop it on the desktop. You can drag it from
there to the quicklaunch bar.

[Shell]
Command=2
IconFile=EXPLORER.EXE,3
[Taskbar]
Command=ToggleDesktop

Find the file "Show Desktop.scf" and create a shortcut to
it. Look here:

"C:\Documents and Settings\<your name may be
here>\Application Data\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick
Launch\Show Desktop.scf"

Well, that seemed to do it for me, anyway.
