Quick Launch and Taskbar in XP

At home I have my Taskbar on the bottom (with the START button and icons for
running programs) and my Quick Launch along the right hand side of the screen
(quick links to start programs). Here at work I can't seem to separate the
two. When I move Quicklaunch to the right, it takes the whole bar including
the Taskbar with it. How do I separate the two?

Thanks, but I don't think my Taskbar is broken, I just think that I forgot
how to move it. There must be an easier way than using this $5 tool, no?

Never mind I figured it out - without the additional download. But thanks
