Quick Help with Excel Formula

ok,

I have a cell where i want to select one of 15 names, how do i click o
the cell and a drop down menu appears with all the names, so then i ca
select one and this appear in the cell?

Go to Data - Validation
on the pop up Settings tab go to Allow and choose List from the dro
down list

go to Source and enter the range of your list on the sheet
alterntively you can enter the list directly into the source box wit
comma seperators.

copy the cell down the column as far as you need.
