Questions on Archiving

- Is it correct to say that Archiving does not apply to recurring
appointments ?
- When I do a archive for past dates (today and before), nothing
happens. When I archive for a future date, it perform as expected.
What's wrong ?

While I haven't specifically tested it, it would make sense that recurring
items would not, in general, get archived, since their modificaton time
stamp changes at each recurrence, and it is the modification time stamp that
archiving uses.
