Questions 875PBZ Intel Board

I just put a new Intel 875PBZ board into my case and have a question:

I found the power connectors a little confusing since I was used to a 15 pin
front panel and this board has a nine pin setting. I only have a SATA drive
connected and my hard drive light glows all the time on the front of the
case. I have the "power led" plugged into what I believe to be the alternate
power led, but I get no light on the front of my machine.... The power led
wire that I have is for a three pin connector and the optional connector
seems to be compatible.

It really bugs me when these lights don't work right. Any suggestions on how
to trouble shoot this?

Check the manual. I'm not sure about SATA drives but I've also had problems
before hooking up ThermalTake cool mod with case fan II. I was never able
to work it properly. Sometimes it just isn't meant to be and gave up on the
idea.

good luck
