After upgrading from CRT to 19" TFT monitor (Samsung 940N), a text is
less readable than it was on CRT. Letters are very thin. With cleartype
turned on text is better but letters colors are distorted, becouse of
subpixel AA. Black color is not black in small letters its about
dirty-grey (zoom-in any small sized text screenshot can prove it). And
eyes get tired from cleartype.

I find a way to turn on _full_size_range_ text antialiasing, but
without cleartype. So small letters are antialiased too, not just
medium and big, as in Acrobat reader and linux XWindows.

I know there is now standart UI option that turn this on :(. But I hope
there is a regestry which can help. Is my hope vain or not? Google
could not help.

Have you tried ClearType Tuning? It adds an applet to the Control Panel
and allows fine tuning of the cleartype display. I would suggest
searching for that utility.

Once again: cleartype is not suitable, becouse of color distortion on
subpixel level. I am looking for full range regular antialiasing.
