Question regarding Pagefile.sys

K

Kyle Stedman

Even though my pagefile is set to 758mb min and max, and Sysinfo shows it
as existing, performance monitor shows it as being used, and the
pagefile.sys= command is in the Registry, I can't find the file!

I'm searching for the file, using find hidden and system files, and still I
can't see it in c:\, where the Registry tells me it's located.

Does anyone know why?

Thanks,
Kyle

There is another option to (un)hide Protected Operating System Files. In
Explorer/My Computer go to Tools--> Folder Options and the "View" tab.

Open "My Computer". Double click "C" drive. Select tools/view then
uncheck "hide protected operating system files" then click "apply".

Yer a man of little faith you know.
