question on Word

I have to write a great deal of documents in spanish, but
upto now Ive had a hard time with all the different
accents and punctuations used in spanish. Is there any way
you can send me a list of how I can access these
punctuations and accents.? I also wanted to see if you
could recomend a program that would help me with spelling
corrections and grammar corrections in Spanish.
