Question on Outlook

Could someone help me with changing my boss' settings on
Outlook so that any attachments to emails sent show on the
print out when printing from sent items?

Hi Helen
The reason why you cannot print the attachment is because of the mail
format. Currently the mail format is set to HTML. If you want to print the
attachent, the format must be plain text or Rich Text.

To change the mail format:
1. Click on Tools > Options
2. Select the Mail format tab
3. Change to Microsoft Rich Text (RTF)
