Question On Error Message

Could you tell me why, what it means, and how to fix this
if it is a bug..
Keep getting this error.. when trying to access website:

Warning: mysql_connect(): Too many connections
in /home/virtual/site70/fst/var/www/html/swg/main.php on
line 20
Unable to connect to database!

It sounds more like a problem with the website you are trying to access, not
your system. From the error, it appears as though only a litmited number of
users are able to connect to a database that the web page references and
that number has been reached. You'd have to try back at a later time (a few
minutes, 1/2 an hour, 1/2 a day, who knows...)
