For some reason you include is incomplete
Your Form page has
<FORM METHOD="POST" ACTION="_vti_bin/shtml.exe/stallionform.htm" webbot-action="--WEBBOT-SELF--">
<!--webbot bot="SaveResults" u-file="_private/formrslt.txt" s-format="TEXT/TSV" s-label-fields="TRUE" b-reverse-chronology="FALSE"
s-email-format="TEXT/PRE" s-email-address="(e-mail address removed)" b-email-label-fields="TRUE" b-email-subject-from-field="FALSE"
s-email-subject="Stallion Services" s-builtin-fields="REMOTE_USER" u-confirmation-url="thankyou.htm" startspan --><input
TYPE="hidden" NAME="VTI-GROUP" VALUE="0">
But your included page only has
<FORM METHOD="POST" ACTION="_vti_bin/shtml.exe/stallionfeed.htm" webbot-action="--WEBBOT-SELF--">
Also there have been FP2002 SE problem w/ include pages duplication (especially w/ forms/webbots), so I agree w/ Thomas - don't use
the form as an Include page
- just past your form code inside of the cell on your page and adjust your form properties if needed
--
| Have you tried just placing the form on the actual page instead of using the
| FP Include Page component to include them into the container pages?
