When running my daily test, three files repeatedly show up. They are
user32.dll, shell32.dll, and ntoskrnl.exe. They all have "change"
listed under the Result/Infection column.

What does this mean?

It means that you installes MS HotFix which replaced/updated user32.dll, shell32.dll, and
ntoskrnl.exe.
