question on an entry form

have a workorder entry form where we are entering multipule workorders the
same date. any idea's how to repeat the date value from the previous record?

to repeat the value of any control's value in the previous record, press
Ctrl+' (apostrophe). you can find it in Access Help by entering "copy value
from previous" in the Search Help option.

one way to remember the shortcut for what Tina gave you is this:

1. Red
2. "
3. Blue
4. "
5. "

the color on line 2 is Red -- Ditto

' and " are on the same key
hence, CTRL+'
--> "Control-Ditto"
