question marks in outlook

I've installed microsoft outlook on one of the clients
PC's. We're using exchange 2000 in our organization.
Basically, everybody's outlook is fine, except for these 2
guys in the sense that they can receive, send and do
everything, BUT, the word Inbox on the outlook bar appears
as questions marks and so does the mailbox today thing.

I was told that this has to do with the registry entry,
with the *.fav file...I've tried re-installing the program
twice, rebuidling the outlook bar switch command, but to
no avail...is there some other way to get rid of these
question marks? By the way, we're using normail, default,
us english in the office 2000 package we installed...

The Outlook bar just contains shortcuts. You can rename them to whatever you
want. Just rightclick the icon and choose rename.
