Question, i need help with something

hi, theres something wrong with my computer, it shuts
down by itself because the remote procedure call
terminates unexpectidly whatever that is, before all that
happens a window comes up, saying i should report
something to microsoft, and i clcik send and the files
that were sent are svchost.exe.mdmp , and appcompat.txt,
and im wondering if you can help me with this, and tell
me what all these files are, and if you can help me solve
this problem.
