Backup

Unable to start backup. I get the Looking for Devices
box and then get an error message saing that Generic Host
Processor for Win32 Services has encountered a proble and
needs to close. When I look in Tech Info it identifies
two temp directory files that will be sent in the error
report. These are svchost.exe.mdmp and appcompat.txt. I
can't find either of these two files in the temp
directory. Any help will be welcome.

Will back up to the second hard disk I have on the
computer. But I can't get as far as selecting anything.
As soon as I click on the backup icon the computer either
restarts or goes into a never ending search for a Device
finishing up with the error message described.
