Hi all
I was just wondering. I use creative 4400 surround system, subwoofer is in
corner, having 45' angle with walls, and my pc is near this corner. My
suwoofer is about 10-15cm away, however it's facing chassis with about 45'
angle.

Excuse my lame ascii... but box thing in corner is sub, facing my pc.

Question: can bass frequencies damage pc components? It's not extreme
though.. (about 18-20W RMS sub)

If you happen to hit the resonance of some component perhaps--most likely
would be the disks, which are the only bits that have moving parts and
tight tolerances and are large enough to be likely to resonate at subwoofer
frequencies.
