Question about WinXP Installation

I have a quick question. Would I be able to install an OEM version of
Windows XP Home Edition as an upgrade? I am aware that most OEM software is
the full version. I just wanted to make sure that I'd be able to install as
an upgrade. Thanx.

No. OEM versions of Windows XP are not capable
of upgrading over an existing Windows installation.
You'll need to perform a "clean install". Only "retail
versions" of Windows XP can perform an upgrade.

No. OEM ones only do clean install. You need a retail Upgrade boxed CD
(which will also install clean if ever needed)
