Introduction to using scannow sfc (system file checker)

Hi:
Not too much too it, its just like System file checker in win 98, you
click the C:\ Command prompt, type in sfc/scannow, it will call for winxp
disk, it checks the system files and replaces missing files, the other items
mentioned in the literature are switches that allow system file check other
than right now.
