Question about safe mode???

When you logon into windows under safe-mode is there any way to turn on the
computers audio devices. currently i use the safe mode with networking, is
there anything i can do. Would changing to just plain safe-mode, or safe mode
with a command prompt work.
 
I don't think there's anyway to do that.
The question I have is why are you running in safe-mode?
