Question about personal data security and freeware

First Question:
Can someone provide a list of items that would be considered "personal
data security" or "evidence cleanup?"
The list might include things like:
* Empty the Cookies folder(s)
* Delete History Folder
* Anything else you can think of.

Second Question:
Is there any freeware that would perform these functions, or any URL's
where free .bat or .reg files could be found that would do it?

My goal here is to hide internet tracks on the computer and make the
user's identification difficult to obtain. I know that there are
payware programs that do that, but I want to know exactly WHAT they do
and if I can use freeware to perform the same functions.

Thanks.

D\load and install CCleaner from here:
http://www.filehippo.com/download_ccleaner/
get the 1.26 version, as the newest one is still Beta !.

Read which boxes you put a tick against, so you Know what
you are deleting. It`s an excellent program.
