question about outlook express signatures

I like to use a graphic I made as a signature in outlook. over the years I
made many and have moved things around on my computer. Because of this, I
find I am not able to remove them from the box in options, signatures. I get
a message that they do not exist and to choose another html file . Is there
some hard to find place on the computer where these things are stored?
Somewhere in the dbx files maybe? I think if I could delete them from there,
that would solve my problem. I hope I have explained this correctly. This is
a big problem as it makes adding new sig files a big hassle. I have to kind
of trick outlook , and choose one that I can rename. Any help to clear this
old list of sigs out of outlook express would be appreciated.
thanks,

When you go into the options box for signatures does it show the path
where the html file used to live? If so, and if you still have th eold
signature files on your system try moving them back to the path
specified in the options box.

You may need to ask for help in an Outlook Express newsgroup as well.

Good luck.
