Question about Microsoft Ultimate 2007

I am a student thinking about purchasing this product for my second year of
college.
My main concern is that I use three computers for school depending on where
I am. A friend told me that there one purchase can be used for three
computers but before I make the purchase I need to make sure.
So my question: When I purchase Microsoft Ultimate 2007, am I able to
register it to three computers?

You'd need to check the EULA (End User License Agreement), but I don't
believe that's the case. I think you're limited to two computers, but I
could be wrong.
