Question about Linking

Our organization has a database built in Access 2007 of artists and their
contact information. We would like to send an email to all of them informing
them of an upcoming competition, through Outlook 2007.

I would like tips on how to do this without going through our 8,000 artists
and copy/paste their email addresses. I believe the easiest way is to link
the database to the email but all of the tutorials I have found are out of
date for the programs we are running. Any help is appreciated!
