Question about installation of chinese font for english version window 2000

Dear All,

Suppose I have a computer with Window 2000 English version
installed. But a program running on this machines requires the font
"MingLIU" in order to display Chinese characters correctly. So what is
the way to install this font?

- Launch the Control Panel
- Open "Regional Options"
- Tick the most appropriate Chinese language box
- When finished, open "Keyboard"
- Click "Add", and add the character set you wish to use.
