where to find a Chinese IME (wubizixing, a.k.a. wubi, wbzx, or wangma) for english windows 2000?

Hi,

I am looking for a Chinese IME called WuBiZiXing (alternative names in the
subject line), which is not included in the English version Windows 2000's
default Chinese language package. I did some search but what I saw so far
are all for the localized Chinese version Windows 2000. Is there such an IME
for the English Win2000?
